	This form will help you by sending your sale request for your old car to our partnered trade buyer. DealDrivers Ltd will also receive a copy of your request

Our partnered dealers cannot offer a part exchange service on top of their new vehicle discounts (with the exception of our Citroen dealers, who will try to help), so we offer a trade-buyer service to try and help you get rid of an older vehicle in another way.

How does this Form work?
This does not get you a part exchange retail value. if you want ’retail market price’ you need to try and find a private buyer yourself. A trader will buy your vehicle at below-retail price as they are taking the problem off your hands and they will try and sell it on to make a profit themselves. This form goes to our internal trade buyer, Ken Hogan, and our long term trusted external trade partner, Simon Gorton. They will receive this form and contact you within 5 days if they can help you, any offer is unconnected to the dealer who may supply your new vehicle.
We will not impart your contact details to any dealer, so your only contact will be from Simon or Ken.

What will happen?
Fill in below accurately and honestly. Ken and Simon can only be clear on a trade offer if you are honest, and before they take the trouble to come to make a final visual inspection & collection, if you decide to sell to one of them.

Please be realistic in your expectations. The only way to achieve a retail-sale value is to sell a car privately yourself.

They will try to collect from most locations (Simon is based in the Northants/Bucks area, Ken is based in Wiltshire) but if you are a long way from them or difficult to get to using train links etc, then there will be a reflection of his journey price in the offer made. They very much appreciate it if you can meet ‘closer to home’ for final vehicle appraisal if you are a long distance from them!

Bodystyle (saloon, 3 or 5 hatch, coupe, estate, suv, 5 or 7 seater mpv, etc)
Fuel (diesel/petrol?),
Transmission (auto, manual?)

Extras.
Factory fit items? - include paint colour inc’ a note of whether it is a flat/solid paint, or a metallic/pearl. Also note interior trim colour and fabric or leather etc.
Any dealer-fit items added after build?

Condition: exterior. Please note any paintwork damage including stonechip areas, dints/dings, scale of damage. Any bodywork repairs? Glass damage? leaks? Scuffs?

Condition: interior. Please note any leaks, upholstery or door panel damage, fabric holes or tears, headlining marks, seat wear, missing items, non-functional items, dash or door scratches/marks

Condition: tyres. Please note any damage. Any due for replacement (if so, which and roughly when in terms of mileage?). Alloys? any alloy damage? Locking wheel nut for the alloys with vehicle? Any missing items connected with wheels/tyres?

Keys. Please note how many keys will come with the vehicle

	Was the vehicle ever imported to the UK as a grey or parallel import?
