	Very few of our partnered dealers can offer a part exchange service on top of their new vehicle discounts you see on our pages- as all of their available margin is in the new-car deal, leaving nothing for them to fund any risk on your old car. So, we offer a trade-buyer/dealer-buyer service to try and help you get rid of an old vehicle another way.

How does this Form work?
Any of our partnered dealers or trade partners who are willing to help take used cars at trade price from our customers will get the car details you submit on this form within 24hrs Mon-Fri, but they will not receive your contact details.

They will respond to us at DealDrivers Ltd if they are interested in making you an offer or discussing it further and we will then ask your permission to pass your contact details with them.

We cannot guarantee any of them will make you an offer but it does help to get your car details out to active traders and dealers who are best-placed to help if they can, so this maximises chances of a quick offer (you are not obliged to accept any offer). Some may be able to help by collecting from you too, others may need you to get your car to them

Your contact details will not be passed to them unless you have given us permission where one has expressed a firm interest in the car.
If you hear nothing from us within approximately 1 week it means no interest has been expressed in your vehicle

What do I need to do?
Fill in below accurately and honestly. Please be realistic in your expectations. The only way to achieve a retail-sale value is to sell a car privately yourself. Traders and dealers will be taking the problem of selling it off your hands and will need to create a profit for themselves..so will not be offering you a private-sale price. If you want ‘best price’ don’t use a trade sale service like this...sell it yourself...is the message!

Factory fit items? - include paint colour inc’ a note of whether it is a flat/solid paint, or a metallic/pearl. Also note interior trim colour and fabric or leather etc.

Condition: exterior. Please note any paintwork damage including stonechip areas, dints/dings, scale of damage. Any bodywork repairs? Glass damage? leaks? Scuffs?

Condition: interior. Please note any leaks, upholstery or door panel damage, fabric holes or tears, headlining marks, seat wear, missing items, non-functional items, dash or door scratches/marks

Condition: tyres. Please note any damage. Any due for replacement (if so, which and roughly when in terms of mileage?). Alloys? any alloy damage? Locking wheel nut for the alloys with vehicle? Any missing items connected with wheels/tyres?
