How does the Trade Buyer service work?
We have a trusted trader partner, Simon, who works independently in his own company in the Northants area. He is willing to look at used car details and offer a trade price wherever he can .
He will receive a copy of this form within 24hrs of you submitting it to us. He will not pass your details to any third party.
If he can make a trade offer, or needs to ask any further questions, he will contact you by email or telephone. He’s a genuinely nice man so you’ll be under no pressure!
We cannot guarantee he can make you an offer if he doesn’t think he can re-sell your car quickly, and you are not obliged to accept any offer he does make.
If you hear nothing from him within approximately 1 week it means he cannot currently assist with your vehicle
What do I need to do?
Fill in below accurately and honestly. Please be realistic in your expectations. The only way to achieve a retail-sale value which you might see in magazines etc is to sell your car privately yourself. Traders take the “problem” of selling it off your hands and will need to create a profit for themselves..so will not be offering you a retail market price. If you want ‘best price’ don’t use a trade sale service like this...sell it yourself...is the message!
