5/9/09 Everything went well & the car which I've had since 24/7/09 is great. Very happy with the service from both dealdrivers & the dealership. I was quoted a delivery time of between 8 & 12 weeks & it was available after 8 weeks. The fiesta is the first car I've bought brand new, we usually buy cars which are a year or so old. Never used a broker before so a little unsure whether everything would go according to how your web site explained but it was pain free. Your web site provides lots of info which is what a new customer needs. My emails were answered promptly as well. I chose Dealdrivers to order the Fiesta as they seemed to be the only one offering the normal broker discount & extra discount for using the scrappage scheme. All the rest seemed to be falling down on 'first registered owner' condition for the scheme to apply i.e. only offering pre-registered cars as opposed to you being the 1st registered owner. I ended up with a total discount of around £4000 so couldn’t complain. We will definitely check out your web site again when we are thinking of changing my wife's car in a few years time & will definitely recommend Dealdrivers to other potential customers. I ordered the new Polo V, at the time no-one else either even recognised the new model on their systems or that discounts were non-existent at the time. I was surprised and delighted to find that your website offered the sort of discount I was hoping to achieve so early. Even now, DealDrivers offers by far the most attractive pricing. Ian Saunders processed the order immediately and the main dealer got in touch very quickly afterwards. It has been incredibly easy to do business with you.

The quality of your website is also impressive and very intuitive. However, I would have found a 'Savings' field useful for evaluation purposes. The information you provide (re e.g factory build slots, price rises etc) relevant to each model is very useful, and I have not seen this offered to this level of detail by anyone else.  Thank you, and keep up the good work!

The fiesta was always the favourite option but also considered the new clio GT & the twingo sport. The reviews for the fiesta have been excellent so that swung it in the end. Went on most of the broker sites, yours seemed to give lots of info, pricing very competitive and the fact that you offered non pre-registered cars, unlike most of the others, fit in with the scrappage scheme rules. The other brokers did not seem to be interested in scrappage scheme discount which you are offering on top of the discount you already offer. 11/9/08 the car arrived as promised on 8th September with the required extras in place. The arrangement with the dealer was excellent and he was attentive to any queries I had. The price arrangement with DealDrivers was very good and putting me in touch with a Mazda franchise worked well. The only downside was the delivery charge and a very low part-exchange price for my existing car from the dealer. However, if you don’t want to sell privately then that is fine. 5/9/08 I took delivery of my new Prius on Wednesday morning, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. It's a very simple way of buying a new car, plus the discount obtained by going through DealDrivers was very welcome. It does make you a bit wary when you hear about all the horror stories that can happen when buying via the internet but I needn't have worried, dealing with you was quick and simple and the dealer dealt with the enquiry very professionally and did everything they said they would and the car arrived at exactly the allotted time in perfect condition. 20/8/08 Just wanted to drop you a quick line. You put me in touch with the Lexus dealer a couple of weeks ago to part exchange my Civic Type R for a pre reg Lexus. Two weeks old, 21 miles on the clock, and a £6K saving on list price. I have not seen a better deal for the same car anywhere on the web - a true saving! 9/7/08 We were very pleased with the service both from DealDdrivers and from the supplying dealer. After the smooth order hand-over from DealDdrivers we were introduced to the contact at the dealership and he processed our order and kept us updated on progress in an efficient and professional way.
The car itself arrived when he said it would and it was well prepared when we went to collect it. As it was raining there was no way we could give it a thorough inspection, but the dealer offered to deal with any issues which came to light when we first cleaned the car. Happily the car proved to be in perfect condition which, though expected, is not always the case.
