This is an Order Request form, not for general enquiries! If you merely want to ask questions about cars, prices or finance etc, please use the enquiry form instead

If you have made a firm decision, to order with one of our partnered franchised main dealers using the pricing and advice on our webpages ,and you’ve had any questions answered by us, then carry on below.

Do not use this form if just ‘shopping’ for prices/ spec’ information, or still need finance quotes etc

We put one of the main franchised brand dealers who offer the pricing on our website in touch with you to take your order and deposit. We will also call you first to ensure you did mean to place an order, not just an enquiry.

Mis-Use: Using this form, without being ready to order with a deposit when our dealer calls you, means we reserve the right to issue you with a £50+vat administration fee for work completed on your behalf. Half of that fee goes to the dealer for taking up their staff and administration time unnecessarily. We can only involve a dealer when a customer is absolutely ready to place an order. Sorry, but so many people use this form and incur work here, despite the warnings, when they only mean to make an enquiry!

What happens next?
Your order request will be sent to ONE of our own partnered franchised dealers who will contact you within 24hrs (Mon-Fri, although our Ford dealers do provide cover most weekends too) to arrange your order with you.
The dealer will call to take your order based on our price pages and they will look after you direct from thereon. We will keep an eye on things with the dealer until we know you’ve had a safe handover of your vehicle
They take a standard deposit of £500 by debit or credit card ( more if you are ordering many extras or a high-value vehicle).
The dealers cannot offer you a part exchange- ask us for help first or use our trade buyer for help.

	Do you require the dealer to deliver to you, or do you prefer to collect (please check what delivery is included on the car model page first)? If using the scrappage scheme or taking a manufacturer finance scheme, you are likely to need to collect by attending the supplying dealership


	Daytime tel’ no’/mobile no’: only used to respond to your request

	Your new vehicle requirement? Here’s some prompts!


		Make? Model? Engine? Bodystyle (saloon, hatch, coupe, estate) 3/4/5dr? Fuel (diesel/petrol?), Transmission (auto, manual?) Include any other information to help us identify the exact vehicle you want. The dealer will run through it all with you also

	Factory extras? - include your paint choice

		When do you ideally need delivery? The dealer will advise you of the best dates available when they call you


	Scrappage Scheme being used? As of 11/3/10 very few brands/dealers are taking any more scrappage orders so check with us first (you will need to get your old car to the dealer)


	Do you intend to use the UK scrappage scheme?

	Registration number of the vehicle to be scrapped

	Make, model, engine, bodystyle? (i.e. Ford Escort Ghia 1.4 diesel 5dr hatch)

	Date first registered? (vehicle must be on UK plates)

	Current mileage?

	MOT’d until what date?

	Taxed until what month/year?

	Date of last registered keeper change?

	Current Name and address exactly as shown on current V5c document


	The dealer will require you to send them a copy of your V5c and mot certificate within 2-3 days of you ordering with them. In most cases you’ll need to get your car to the dealership yourself, ask the dealer for advice and help if needed. Please note all the information within our scrappage pages (click!)

		Home Address: We need to pass the dealer your home address inc postcode. (nb, if using the UK scrappage scheme this should match the details on the V5C of your car to be scrapped)

	Need a finance quote?

If you still need a finance quote before making your decision, then you should not be using this firm order request form as you are not in a position to order yet, you need to ask for a finance quote first to check you are happy with the finance either ourselves or the dealer can offer - so swop to using our general enquiry form (click here!) and ask us for the finance to be run FIRST before making a commitment to order!

If you place your order request at a weekend the dealer will call you on Monday (our Ford dealers work 7 days a week so they may call you Sat or Sun’)
